How to brew Pour Over coffee with Bodum:

1. Place the brewer on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
2. Add ground coffee to the filter, about 6 g/1 dl water.
3. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the coffee in a circular motion until saturated. This is called blooming.
4. Continue pouring water up to maximum capacity.
5. Let the water pass through the coffee in the carafe, takes about four minutes.
6. Remove the filter, put on the plastic lid, and pour.
